The mechanical and electrical items listed below are covered by your DriveCare warranty where the terms and conditions of the agreement have been met.

Engine Components

Cylinder block, bores and liners, crankshaft, main and big end bearings, oil pump, con-rods, pistons, piston rings, cylinder head, rocker shaft and rockers, hydraulic lifters, camshaft and followers, push rods, inlet and exhaust valves, valve springs, head gasket, inlet manifold, timing gears, timing chains, flex plate and flywheel.

Manual & Automatic Gearbox

Manual: gears and gear clusters, selectors and shafts, synchromesh assemblies, ball and roller bearings, needle bearings, bushes and transfer gears. Automatic: governor, valve block, oil pump, gears, brake bands, clutches, seals, servos, shafts, bearings, bushes and modulator valve.

Differential & Drive System

Internal shafts, bearings and bushes, thrust washers, spacers and bevel gears. Planetary gear assembly, crown wheel and pinion assembly. Front and rear wheel drive: drive shafts, universal joints, couplings, CV joints, half shafts and bearings.

Clutch & Braking System

Clutch: clutch plate, pressure plate, release thrust bearing, oil contamination (centre plate only), master and slave cylinders, clutch cable and damper. Brakes: brake master cylinder.

Engine Cooling & Electrical

Engine cooling: water pump and cooling system components. Electrical system: starter motor and alternator responsible for the main electrical charge and engine ignition.

Establish Part Coverage

Check your warranty leaflet or agreement to confirm the part causing the mechanical or electrical failure is covered.

Contact the DriveCare Team

Give us a call with your vehicle registration and exact mileage to hand so we can process your request quickly.

Warranty Validity Confirmation

Our team verifies your policy details and guides you through repair authorisation. Repairs must not begin without prior authorisation.

Diagnosis & Repair Schedule

We arrange a convenient date and time for diagnostics and repair work at the RightDrive Service Centre.

Authorised Repair Work

Our technicians inspect and complete the necessary work using genuine or approved reconditioned parts.

06

Back on the Road

Once testing is complete, your vehicle is handed back fully inspected and ready for the road.
