Dealer OS terms of service

These terms cover the use of Dealer OS, the software RightDrive (UK) Ltd provides to car dealerships. By signing in to Dealer OS or connecting an account to it, you agree to them on behalf of your dealership.

Who can use it

Dealer OS is for businesses that sell cars and the staff they invite. Each person signs in with their own account and keeps their sign in details private. The dealership is responsible for what its staff do in Dealer OS.

Connected accounts

A dealership can connect accounts it controls, such as its Facebook Page, Instagram account, WhatsApp number, ad accounts and email. Dealer OS acts on those accounts only when the dealership's staff ask it to, or as the dealership has set it up to. The dealership must have the right to connect them and must follow the rules of each service, including Meta's terms and policies. A dealership can disconnect any account at any time.

Fair use

Your information

The dealership owns its information and its customers' information. We look after it as our privacy policy describes and use it only to provide Dealer OS.

The service

We work to keep Dealer OS available and correct, and we keep improving it, but we cannot promise it will never be interrupted. Figures Dealer OS shows, such as prices, finance quotes and valuations, should be checked before they are relied on. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses or lost profits.

Ending

A dealership can stop using Dealer OS at any time. We can suspend an account that breaks these terms. When a dealership leaves, we delete its information as our privacy policy describes.

The law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Questions go to admin@rightdrive.co.uk.
