Deleting your data from Dealer OS

Dealer OS receives information from Facebook, Instagram and WhatsApp when a dealership connects them. This page explains how to stop that and how to have the information deleted.

If you run a dealership that connected Dealer OS

• In Meta Business Settings, open Integrations, then Connected apps, choose Dealer OS and press Remove. On a personal Facebook account, open Settings and privacy, Settings, then Business integrations, and remove Dealer OS.
• Dealer OS then stops receiving anything new from those accounts.
• To have what Dealer OS already holds deleted, email admin@rightdrive.co.uk from the address you sign in with.

If you messaged or commented on a dealership

• Email admin@rightdrive.co.uk with your name, the dealership, and the Facebook, Instagram or WhatsApp account you used.
• You can also ask the dealership directly.

What happens next

We confirm we have your request, delete the information within 30 days, and email you when it is done. The only thing we keep is what the law requires a dealership to keep, such as the record of a car sale or a finance agreement, and we tell you if that applies.
